Eggplant can your freeze it?

I've peeled, sliced, salted and rinsed it, then frozen it. It does get a

I wonder if you can freeze it or with it get soggy or turn brown?

I was told I could freeze it but it does get mushy.They said it acts like

squash. I think I'll just spend some time cooking up the recipes and then

freeze them, maybe they will hold there shape that way and not get mushy.

I'll let you know, once I give it a try.

I have frozen it after grilling or broiling a batch, it was fine...
