Guest guest
Since I love Indian food I guess my favorite spices are turmeric, curry powder, cumin, cinnamon and also ginger. Favorite herbs are, basil, cilantro, parsley, mint, oregano and rosemary. I've had really good luck growing these herbs here in Atltanta except the cilantro hates hot weather so I can only grow that one in the spring and fall. Guest guest
I'm not reall creative with spices and herbs. I mainly use garlic, onions, chives, sometimes cilantro in my salsa and I use crushed pepper flakes. And black pepper or Mrs. Dash.
