Fave spices: black Pepper Cayenne pepper basil cumin red pepper flakes I grow my own: basil horseradish cilantro but hardly ever with good results rosemary lavender (still haven't cooked with it) oregano I mostly freeze what doesn't get eaten fresh I've dried marjoram in the past but don't really use it.
