Since I love Indian food I would say whatever is needed to make a great

curry, Vindaloo or such. Curry powder, turmeric, parsley, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Mrs Dash, fresh ground black pepper, tandoori seasoning, chili powder, cumin

powder and cinnamon

 

This year I am growing basil, which is mainly getting eating before I can

pick it

Parsley, oregano, rosemary and chocolate mint.

There are very few I don't like.

Fave spices:

black Pepper

Cayenne pepper

basil

cumin

red pepper flakes

 

I grow my own:

basil

horseradish

cilantro but hardly ever with good results

rosemary

lavender (still haven't cooked with it)

oregano

 

I mostly freeze what doesn't get eaten fresh

 

I've dried marjoram in the past but don't really use it. I hardly ever see

it used in recipes. Amy

I tend to use blends:

 

Mrs Dash, Old Bay, Chinese 5 star, smoked paprika and lemon-garlic blend

 

Herbs- rosemary, thyme, green onions if they count, horseradish and sage

(mint leaves for tea I almost forgot that one)

I don't grow anything but crab grass and weeds in the yard ~lol~

 

Spices

 

turmeric

curry powder,

garlic powder

white and black pepper and peppercorns

cinnamon

 

Herbs

 

sage

rosemary

mint

sorrel
