eggplant teriyaki-question

I have some frozen eggplant I think I'll use tonight. I have bottled

teriyaki sauce, would that do just as well? And it looks like I would need about

a

cup, does that sound about right? Amy

whatever the recipe called for....one, or the equivalent since mine are

sliced and frozen. But the teriyaki recipe within the recipe sounded like about

a

cup. Amy

It seems like too much. Make it up and add and taste. The frozen eggplant will

have drawn water so a cup might make it too soggy. You can always freeze the

teriyaki sauce you have leftover.

I used one eggplant diced up for it when I made it. The homemade recipe for

teriyaki made about 1 1/2 cups and that seemed perfect for it. Loved the

flavor in that teriyaki homemade sauce.
