You know years ago I went to make a recipe calling for sweetened condensed milk.

I had no idea what it was. I opened the tops with the can opener and thought it

was spoiled since it didn't pour out. That stuff really gave me the creeps. I

tossed it out and had nightmares of it after that.

Heh, I could see that. I've only used it a few times, and none recent,

but if I remember right, it's kind, umm, intense.

speaking of which, I have some Thai tea that is about 4 years old, still in the

package unopened. I wonder if it is any good. There is no date on it. What is

the shelf life, does anyone know?

I have some (thai tea) that I've had for years that I only use occasionally,

for fear of running out, and it's always been fine. It hasn't even lost it's

potency.
