Guest guest
Can't you just double/triple/quadruple the amounts of any recipe? When I saw the subject title of your post, I was envious, thinking " wow---wish I had a big group of vegetarians to cook for! " since I don't have any frineds IRL who are.... Guest guest
That's all I do is double or triple a recipe. Hey Ellen most of the people eating my cooking are often the non-vegs. They love it. Donna I've been smiling lately, dreaming about the world as one. And I believe it could be someday, it's going to come. Guest guest
Hello: Yes, you can double and triple a recipe with very little problems. The problems arise when you make the recipe 10-25-50-100 times the original size. Then the spices are all wrong (usually too strong) and the water has to be reduced due to the larger recipes can't evaperate as much water, and the cooking times and temperatures have to be adjusted (think burnt outside and raw inside).
