Hi,

I am a vegetarian and have just become " sensitive " to soy :(

I also just started the Rosedale diet, which is low carb....

Does anybody know of a low carb non soy veggie burger. Amy makes them

but they are very high in carbs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Michele

Why don't you experiment with tender firm steamed veggies, dice them

and add some breadcrumbs and egg white.

I don't know what else you could use. Some mashed beans, I can't

imagine a homemade thinm bean burger would be that bad. You could

also bake or fry in a non-stick pan. Let us know what you come up

with.
