Hi My name is Beth I am located in Southeast Missouri and last year I

went vegetarian for around 2 months. Last week I went Vegetarian-

going-on-Vegan! I still have to be more careful on labels (was eating

bread with whey in it a few days ago) I am looking for a few good

easy recipes to add to the ones I have been collecting on the

Welcome Beth. It is difficult to change, there are so many pitfalls. You

will make some mistakes, but eventually will know all there is to know.

Hi Beth and WELCOME to the group!

 

If you have time, search the messages on the group, there are TONS

of Vegan recipes.

 

But my fav place on the web for recipes is vegweb.com. They have

comments from people who have tried the recipes and they rank them

too. But be careful, not all of the recipes are vegan, so you may

have to substitute some items.
