But this is my first chance back to the group in awhile and I am far behind. But he is not encouraging him, he is proving a point or showing an example or explaining what we were talking about earlier or whatever. LOL I am used to putting in a lot of hours at work and running around, but there are just way too many other things going on at the same time. Hopefully by Sept, which is when my calendar starts clearing, I will be able to slow down a bit.
