Guest guest
I'm sorry to hear that. Vet's fees are so expensive. I know when our budgie was ill it cost us £600 for the treatment! I hope he gets better soon. Unfortunately feline aids is hereditary, and if your cat was the offspring of a wild cat then it too could have it, but not show any symptoms as of yet. It is worth getting the shots, feline lukemia is an awful disease ( as in humans ), I have lost 1 cat to it, and it is contagious amongst felines. Get Insurance!, but check out policies first as some may appear cheaper on the monthly payments, but the excess isusually higher so you get bugger all back........... The Valley Vegan......... Guest guest
was off food for 2 days before we went to vets had 2 different shots, 1 was a broad spectrum anti biotic ( I assume ), the other I dont know but he did have a temperature as well.Next day we went back he had 1 shot and was pronounced well enough to eat boiled chicken/fish and rice.house stinks of fish today.urgh........... Unfortuntely there are a lot of unthinking people who throw scraps out ( my next door neighbour is one and thinks she is doing the cats a favour! ) already found 1 dead rat in the garden.......... people use slug pellets.............other people just dont like cats and put worse things down ( another guy a couple of doors up has been heard talking about shooting cats...........)
