calories. The vegan donut is also considerably lower in fat, but does have move sugar.We had McManus look at several different brands of cookies, brownies and chips.“[Vegan products] can be more healthful than traditional products,” she said.One of the vegan cookies we tested was actually higher in calories and fat, and the serving size was only half the cookie.Click here for some Vegan Food Recipes.
