Guest guest
Hi Jo My fav is simple, especially around garden time. Vegan mayo, slices of veggies (tomato, cucumber, red onion, carrot shavings, lettuce, spinach and whatever else is handy) and avocado on toast. Or, BBQ Soy Pork on a roll Hummus and sprouts on toast Avocado and lettuce and tomato (ALT instead of BLT)w/ Vegan mayo on toast Tis about it. Guest guest
Hi Nikki That's made me hungry (and it's not long since I had dinner) - they all sound delicious. We seem to have got into a bit of a rut with our sandwiches lately. Guest guest
MMMmmmm! Me Too! But I usually lightly grill or sautee peppers, thin sliced carrot, red onion and mushrooms with garlic and olive oil. Then add hummus, tomatoes and cucumbers.
