I can't recall seeing those in the stores and I currently don't have a way to get to Whole Paycheck as they probably have it. I'd love to try it! I read all the messages, and then discover there are a bunch that it put in the back 40 somewhere. White Wave makes seitan, which is made from wheat. Maybe if you look for it as seitan and not wheat meat it might be easier to find.
