B12 at 2 cents a day

I found a liquid B-12 that has 1000mg per dropperful (=20 drops),

which means about 50mg per drop. I can handle that -- one drop per

day. Much easier than the huge bright pink pills (I will give them

away at the next potluck if I cannot return them), and also a lot

cheaper. The $9 bottle could last 60 x 20 = 1200 days, or a little

over 3 years, at 3/4 cent per day, except that the expiration date is

June 08, so that's 15 months, still only 2 cents a day.

Or, if taken a dropperful once a week, it'd last 60 weeks, making it

15 cents a week or about 2 cents a day.

Thanks! Looks like Market Street and Health Connection here carry their products! I'll have to double check and be sure they have 'em :)On 3/10/07,

It's made by Now Foods of Bloomingdale, IL (nowfoods.com) and is

called Liquid B-12 B-complex (2 oz., 60 ml),. I found it at the local

independent health food store ($8 plus tax, total $8.65), so any store

that carries this brand should have it or be able to order it. I

happened to be in a Whole Foods today, and the only liquid b-12 I saw

there cost something like $26 for the same size/dose bottle!
