Back to work this morning - after a week and a few days off on

holiday. What's worse, it rained all weekend and was cold - now

Monday has come it is dry and the sun is shining brightly!

And probably 20 or 30 miles away, it's been hot! Haven't had any

days without sun...maybe a couple hours of overcast on one morning,

but it has been getting too hot to work in the garden some days.

yeah..those ranges of hills block off things in both directions...the heat from inland reaching the bay..the marine layer and sea breezes from going inland

it could be 95F in livermore...while only 60F in Oakland

suppose to be only 59F in berkeley today...coming in straight thru the Golden Gate,,,

i blame delta and dawn.............
