in between spending far too much time looking for employment, i've had a lot of

time to fiddle with the garden this year

The plums have just about finished...

should have made a wine out of em, we had sooooo many

Tomatoes are finally being harvested..took long enough this year...

all the different peas are well past the halfway point in harvesting, and

sadly..the gopher in the garden took out the third crop of the year..

gopher also took down all the parsley as well..the lil bugger!

can't keep up with the beans (blue lake string and some others)...got prolly 3

pints in water of em in the fridge

Basil, chives, oregano, and cilantro are going to town...tho going to lose the

battle with the cilantro trying to bolt soon

peppers are all flowering

pumpkins have started their march to take over the garden...trying desperately

to get them to grow on the fence, the porch, the grape trellis..and not just

sprawl over everything else

zukes and cucumbers are starting to fruit...

as for flowers in the garden

more nasturtiums, california poppies and borage then can harvest in a dozen

lifetimes

hollyhocks are over 10' tall

:)

hops are doing so so after neighbor chopped down 3/4 of em the other month

and tons and tons of delicious blackberries!

wheee

fraggle

When I see the price that you pay

I don't wanna grow up

I don't ever want to be that way

I don't wanna grow up

Seems that folks turn into things

that they never want
