Guest guest
Happy New Year Everyone! We are excited to announce our first special dinner here at Chaco since our highly successful Thanksgiving. Given that our mantra of highlighting local organic produce takes a bit of a hit in the chilly months, we had to think a bit for a theme. We settled on a Thai Dinner, which is one of Lois's main influences in her cooking. We also thought that the warming aspects of the cuisine in our cozy cafe would offset the frozen-puddle weather we've been experiencing lately. RAW THAI DINNER - Saturday, January 29th Opener Ginger Salad - Mixed Greens with Lemon Dressing and Ginger Croutons Appetizer Sea Cakes - Warm Pumpkin Seed and Dulse Cakes served with a sweet Vinaigar Sauce or Coconut-Lime Soup - Sweet and Tart Thai Coconut Soup with Mung Bean Sprouts and Basil Entree Phad Thai - Jicama, Zucchini and Mung Bean Sprouts with a Peanut, Cilantro, Lime and Red Curry Sauce or Sprouted Quinoa Stir Fry - Carrots, Zucchini, Celery and Wilted Kale mixed in a Sesame Sauce, and served over freshly-sprouted Quinoa Dessert Mango Lime Parfait - Coconut-Mango and Avocado-Lime Puddings layered together or Pineapple-Mint Tart - Fresh Pineapple and Date-Mint filling in an Almond Crust $18.95 per person We are now taking reservations, with seating available from 5pm – 8:30pm. To make a reservation, either call us at (206)522-6966, or email the following information to us at facetphoto: 1. Your name 2. Your party size 3. The time you wish to attend 4.
