Guest guest
Hi, Tammy V! I think a lot of the raw recipes would feed a small army. That's what I like about " Instant Raw Sensations " (one of the perks of howtogoraw.com). The recipes are for one or two people. It's easier to double or triple a recipe than to try to make a fraction. Guest guest
Hello, I am new to a vegan diet, and to this . I have always been interested in veggies, fruits, nuts, berries, etc.... I prefer to eat them raw. I am currently planning my own organic gardens. I am looking for a good book on raw diets. I was checking out the book, " 12 Steps to Raw Foods " . Does anyone have any good book recommendations, for a newbie interested in a vegan and raw food life? My wife isn't as interested in raw foods as I am. However, I think I can convince her........lol Thanks.
