A banged up leg, no broken bones, phew, narrow escape! Fraggle lives near me (as I recall), I wonder if I will hear any details. Being a cyclist in the Bay Area as well, and a cycling activist at that, I wonder if unsafe conditions exist, etc.... Fraggle- if you read this, I hope you are mending well.
