Guest guest
Scott I read some previous posts on this forum where it was being debated. Guest guest
Hey Linda: I'm still trying to research the information you gave me. Some of it sounds kinda off, but I can't put my finger on it...yet. LOL Well if you take into account that everyone has a bias, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, then you have to look for facts, provable facts. I don't have a clue how much true scientific testing and studies have been done. And you still can run into a situation where the " data " can be interpreted to either support or disprove a theory based on whatever the testing group wants or expects. Maybe just eating it in moderation won't hurt too much? It's still on my " wish " list...the list I carry with me when I venture to other cities in search of vegan stuff. I'd be interested in the areas you've researched. , " ljgukuk " <ljgukuk wrote: > > > Hi Leslie > > I should say that since my last message about it > being a superfood i've discovered a whole body of people > that in fact feel it is quite bad and Toxic, and not > a superfood at all. > Sheeesh it's just never simple is it. > I'm know reading up on their claims. > > Regards > > Linda > > Leslie Davis <tofuchick@> wrote: > > > > > Just wondering, but what makes cacao a " superfood " ? > > > I'm still trying to > > > find cocoa without alkaline!
