Guest guest Posted April 13, 2000 Report Share Posted April 13, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Nut Loaf Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Passover Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup grated cooked carrots 1 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 cup matzoh crumbs (about 1 & 1/2 matzot) 1 small onion -- finely chopped 2 eggs -- well beaten 1/2 stalk celery -- finely chopped 1 can tomato sauce -- (8 ounce) 1 Tablespoon oil Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Spoon into oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Five minutes before removing from oven, cover loaf with tomato sauce.
