Hi folks,

I recently made the " chickenless ala king " recipe that was posted here at

one time. I used original flavor rice milk but it's still too sweet for this

type of dish. Is there anything I can add to cut the sweetness? Thanks for

any help.

Regina:

You might want to try plain soy milk. You're right -- rice milk is often

too sweet for dishes like this and works better for desserts, muffins,

etc.

There can be quite a difference between brands, so you might have to try a

few to find one you really like (if you haven't already). Most people like

Silk (in the refrigerated section) and Vitasoy Creamy Original (on the

shelf in the vacuum-packed cartons).

Hope this is helpful!
