Guest guest Posted May 22, 2000 Report Share Posted May 22, 2000 Here is a cinnamon roll recipe for 3 points a roll I'm definately going to make them soon I thought cinnamon rolls were long gone but I guess they aren't Jenn Ottawa, Ontario, Canada http://tlotc.dhs.org/jenn/ * Exported from MasterCook * EASY SOURDOUGH CINNAMON ROLLS Recipe By : Gold Medal Bread Machine Recipes Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 3 Point Bread Bread Machine Breakfast Dishes Desserts Done By Dotties Calculator Dough Cycle Gold Medal Bread Machine Low-Fat Rolls Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2/3 cup water 2 tablespoons white vinegar 3 cups bread flour 1/2 cup light sour cream 1/4 cup sweet 'n Low® sweetener 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast 1/4 cup sweet 'n Low® sweetener 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 tablespoons light margarine -- softened --GLAZE-- 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3 teaspoons 1% milk In pan, use all up to and including yeast dough/manual cycle. Grease 9 " square pan. Prepare filling (sugar and cinnamon) remove dough from machine and flatten into square. Spread margarine over it and sprinkle with filling. Roll up toghtly. Cut into 16 slices, and place in pan. Cover and let rise 30-45 minutes or until double. Bake 25-30 minutes in 375F oven. Remove to wire rack to cool. drizzle glaze over it (sugar, milk, vanilla) while still warm.
