Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 ounces regular tofu or soft tofu 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon tahini 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons poppy seeds In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, vinegar, oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, tahini, sugar, garlic, and mustard; blend until creamy. Pour dressing into a bottle or small container; add in poppy seeds and combine. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
