Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Quick & Easy Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup lentils (any color) 1/2 medium yellow onion -- chopped 2 cloves garlic -- chopped 1 medium carrot -- diced stalk celery -- diced 2 cups water a few drops of dark sesame oil Additional enhancements: curry powder, 2 slices potato, ... Boil water. Pour lentils into water. Stir. Add the vegetables and additional enhancements. Cover. Simmer for 30 mins. Pour into thermos, add dark sesame oil, take to work.
