Guest guest Posted June 27, 2000 Report Share Posted June 27, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Peanut Sauce Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Minute Meals Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 large or 4 medium portobello mushrooms -- pretrimmed and sliced about 1/4 " thick Canola or extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper 1 cup bottled peanut sauce 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro Brush both sides of the mushroom slices with a little canola or olive oil. Into a small saucepan, pour the 1 cup peanut sauce. Cover and heat over low heat until hot. Grill the mushroom slices on the preheated grill or grill pan until tender, turning them, about 3 minutes, or as needed. Place the mushrooms on a serving platter and pour the hot peanut sauce over them.
