Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place them in a flat baking dish. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, rum, and juice. Heat until it thickens, then pour over the bananas. Bake for 15 minutes, basting periodically. Let cool and serve. Description: " This dessert is very sweet. Serve it with a dollop of yogurt or Whipped " Cream " .
