Set a table outdoors and exploit the summer harvest in a dinner with a Mexican accent. If you're short on time, buy store-bought salsa; if not, try making your own. The timing: Make the corn soup and set it aside. Prepare all the ingredients for the watermelon salad, but don't assemble it yet. Make the salsa, if desired. Prepare the garnishes for the tacos, then saute the peppers and heat the tortillas.
