Tofu-Miso-Dill Dip or Spread

1/2 pound tofu

6 tablespoons sweet yellow miso

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon dill weed

 

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and

creamy.

 

Description:

" Serve this as an appetizer with raw vegetables, chips, or crackers. "
