Do you want a recipe for preparing dried black beans from scratch (which wouldn't be quick due to the soaking & cooking time) or quick & easy recipes that have black beans in them? But, what I am really looking for is a black bean " side-dish " of sorts that have black beans as the main ingredient. Hope that helps! Faith --- " Karen C.
