Hi Karen:

Just had to thank you for allowing your cookbook downloads. I was just

saying to my husband there are so many crockpot recipes for meat eaters and

not many for us! How timely, thanks again.

Thanks so much for letting me know! I appreciate it!

I thought the same thing -- not enough vegetarian crockpot recipes/books.

That's why I set out to collect as many as I could to share.

I'm especially glad to hear you liked that chili recipe since it's one of

my own recipes. :-) It's been getting a little bit chilly here in Atlanta

lately, just about " chili time weather " .

Speaking of crockpot recipes- if that's what you're into- Octber's

vegetarian Times has a whole section of recipes for crockpots! Just thought

i'd let you all know..

Also, FYI -- all of the recipes in that Veg Times feature are in my Crockpot

cookbook.
