I thought the same thing -- not enough vegetarian crockpot recipes/books. That's why I set out to collect as many as I could to share. I'm especially glad to hear you liked that chili recipe since it's one of my own recipes. :-) It's been getting a little bit chilly here in Atlanta lately, just about " chili time weather " .
