Guest guest
The customer careline is on Freephone 0800 626 697. Please call them to complain because none of their foods are vegan any more. The new recipes for sausages and sausage rolls now contain a small amount of dairy ingredient, although they used to be vegan. The careline people are logging how many complaints they get about this. Guest guest
Hi Lesley > Please call them to complain because none of their foods are vegan > any more. Great! I haven't had any LM stuff for a while as I'm trying to be wheat free - I think I might have a wheat allergy - but that means that if I'm not allergic to wheat, I can't eat them sausages any more :-( BTW, does anyone know where it's possible to get hold of " bio-culinaire " sausages? I will do this on Monday - I'm sure Linda would be disgusted. How could Paul have let her down like that I wonder. Jo

It didn't help me at all, but I was pregnant with my son at the time and didn't keep up excluding wheat after the birth. I just don't think I could give up bread completely. Guest guest
Hi Lesley > I just don't think I could give up bread completely. It's not as bad as you may think - I've completely cut out wheat, but still eat bread made from other grains - spelt bread is the best - even if I do go back to eating wheat, I'm still going to stick with the spelt bread!!! Guest guest
I don't think Paul McC knows much about veganism/factory farming/vivisection etc Possibly he is too busy or doesn't get the appropriate magazines - " Heartwork " <Heartwork Saturday, July 21, 2001 2:58 PM Re: Linda McCartney foods > > - I'm sure Linda would be disgusted. Guest guest
I think Paul sold the company not long after Linda died. I've called to complain & they said they'd had a lot of calls, I also have everyone at work calling, non vegans. , " Lesley Dove " <Lesley@v...> wrote: > > I would bet that Paul was not even consulted! > > Lesley
Guest guest
Paul McCartney's first wife, Linda, created a line of vegetarian foods. I heard even since she has passed on, their vege foods continue. Is there a placed in the USA a person can order some of these entrees and vege foods? Guest guest
I have all her cookbooks. I have seen her frozen foods but can't remember where. I will keep an eye out now and post if and when I see them again. Donna , " Sandy Abernathy " <sandy.abernathy wrote: > > > Paul McCartney's first wife, Linda, created a line of vegetarian foods.
