Guest guest
Janey, Thanks for the email - the raw food diet sounds interesting. Could you tell me what is the add for the raw food list? Pardon my ignorance - but does that mean all the food you eat is *cold*? Or is there a way of eating it hot which doesn't constitute *cooking*...? Cheers, Graham. ps - Thanks for the URL, Fraggle - I'll check it out tonight. *************************************************** !  N A M A S T E ! **************************************************

Guest guest
Its not just a question of not eating anything *hot* but it means nothing thats been cooked ie. not cold pasta for example. Its a very personal thing and for me its just an extension to my vegan diet. I always preferred *healthy* food (lots of salads and fruit) anyway as most of the list knows, so it was a very easy diet for me to transition to! Guest guest
Yes, to rehydrate foods and make things like raw crackers, pizza etc. You can warm the food up to 115C , thats just below cooking point.
