i'm confused

okay i'm 16 and i've only been vegan for a month so this might sound

kind of stupid, but i'll ask anyways. On all these websites they

only talk about whole grain breads, but they don't say if i can eat

white bread or not. I heard somewhere that soft breads have milk or

something in them, so is that why or is it just a health thing? And

also, how often do i need to take b12 supplements? i've heard every

day to twice a week? and honey and sugar are not vegan, right? well

please help because i don't know any vegans.
