Guest guest
Hmmm....the subject line sounds a bit on the racy side...I have said before on lists and will say again...that the " old " raw cookbooks from the 70s are the best for simple easy choices... " Love Your Body " by Victoras Kulvinskas(sp?) and " Light Eating for Survival " by Marcia Acciardo...they are available at Amazon for under $10 with shipping...the recipes are good and with some imagination lead to new variations. I first did the raw thing back in the 70s and still have my original books...IMHO for recipes they have the new books beat hands down. I have read most of the new ones and they are too " frou-frou " for me...the old books use plain simple ingredients that are easy to obtain and don't require a bunch of gadgets...although a food processor will make some of the recipes easier. Just my 2 cents worth, Ardee-ann PS -- there is another one that I can't lay my hands on right now that is good too...I think it's called " Edie May's Natural Recipes " or something similar...it is easy and has simple recipes too. http://www.the-stew.com http://www.freecycle.org
