Guest guest
Here is an intro article on Kale and Collards. I am absolutely crazy about Kale, and would like to spread the word. If you haven't tried Kale or Collards, go out and get some. Eat em whole or juice em. Kale & Collards are primitive greens, still as god intended them to be. I have not yet found any info that would suggest that they contain digestive inhibitors as are found in spinach and sprouts. http://tinyclick.com/?MJKUTP Rufus Finance Tax Center - File online. Guest guest
Hi! Kale(esp. dinousaur kale!)and collards are great! I use collard greens(with the central rib removed)for veggie wraps - I call 'em " green burritos " . You can put just about any combo of veggies and raw dip, dressing, or raw pate in them and they are just yummy, and easy!rawfood , Rufus Shaw <rufus10_99> wrote: > Here is an intro article on Kale and Collards.
