Guest guest
Question, whenever I eat Raw Fruits, Veggies, I eat, but after an hour or so, I feel like I haven't eaten. So, Should I eat more, or eat something to go along with it that's more filling? Oh, and as a Side note, and this is kinda odd, I have a stomach condition that makes it to where I don't feel hungry until I'm about to Pass out. So after I eat fruit and I feel really hungry, it Scares me. Any thoughts, Ideas?
Guest guest
That's been happening to me too. I eat what is a " good " , big meal and an hour later I am famished. I would love to hear people's experiences with this as well. nyia rawfood , " Tanja von Hannover " <tla_7> wrote: > Question, whenever I eat Raw Fruits, Veggies, I eat, but after an > hour or so, I feel like I haven't eaten. Guest guest
Tanja, Most fruit digests in half an hour or so and most veg in a couple of hours. Fats take longer and so do high fibre items. It is therefore not surprising that you get the feelings you do. I suggest that if you feel hungry you have some more. Guest guest
eat what is a " good " , big meal > and an hour later I am famished. -- As it should be. We are designed to nibble all day and to eat one food at a time. Big meals are gross, stretch the stomach and set up for hunger later and create gross people. Twenty snacks of live real food is better than 3 Square meals a day. Square meals make for square people. rusty - " nyia12 " <eeyore_0_4 <rawfood > Tuesday, March 23, 2004 6:46 AM [Raw Food] Re: Question Concerning 'Filling up' > That's been happening to me too. Guest guest
Hi, Rusdy, what about the teeth. My dentist says that you have to eat maximum sex times a day. It doesn't matter if it salad or fruit. I have eaten raw food for one year and i got some " fruit defect " on my teeth - the aside in the fruit seems to be destroying them. Guest guest
Rusty You echo my behaviour! We need to feed the small intestine regularly in the day and just wallop in some fibre to keep the whole digestion moving, feed the life in the colon, etc. " Square meals " and " feeling full " are starvation mode thinking for those who usually are at the other end of dietary intake. Guest guest
Peter and Rusty I had no idea they digested so quickly; it would defenitly explain why I feel hungry so soon afterwards...Thanks!
