Guest guest
" I have read that blanching veggies helps the body absorb the nutrients better. Even better than blanching might be to microwave them for a bit. " This could not be farther from the truth. Blanched veggies loose a dramatic amount of their nutrients, and microwaved veggies loose 98% of their nutrients. But the question has to be whether these foods are natural for our consumption, at least from a dependency on nutrition point of view. There are always other foods we can get the same nutrients from.
