This could not be farther from the truth. Blanched

veggies loose a dramatic amount of their nutrients,and

microwaved veggies loose 98% of their nutrients.

I think it is to do with the fibre... some say that juicing or blending to

death has a similar effect without killing the enzymes. But the question has

to be whether these foods are natural for our consumption, at least from a

dependency on nutrition point of view. There are always other foods we can

get the same nutrients from.
