Guest guest
Rusty, I got it from Freelife and it made my uncontrollable life threatening asthma go away. Dr. Mendell says you need Vit C with it.. Do you agree with that? I stopped taking it and started taking a Walmart brand and the asthma came back.. Have you heard of it curing other asthma? What brand do you get from horse supplier? I use a rounded teaspoonful of the powder and place it under my tounge. Then I add just enough water to be able to slush it slightly and swallow the whole lot, then chase with some water. If it's done correctly it's virtually tasteless but if not, it can taste quite vile. In the beginning until you know it's for you, you might just want to get the caps, and take 3 each dose. Be sure to use equal amount of Calcium Ascorbate as the two work together synergisticly. And the effect is dose specific. This protocol is for a 150 lb. person and if it's just a bit short of enough , nothing at all happens. Full dose and it all kicks in. Don't bother with the powder for Calcuium Ascorbate, the caps are cheap enough and the taste is very bitter. I've found a great deal of difference in the quality of certain brands over others althougth the stuff is sold as Pure. Although my wife works in a health food store and gets good discounts we buy ours in kilos from a horse feed supply store and it's excellent quality, and cheaper than the human stuff. I asked the Vet if there is any difference and she said, " I take the animal stuff " . If it's good enough for her, it's good enough for me BTW. MSM is classified as a food rather than a drug but it cannot be considered raw. If you want it raw, then as I mentioned beore, Raw broccoli is the best source but you have to eat LOTS of it. rusty, - <palomino03 <rawfood > Tuesday, March 23, 2004 1:54 PM Re: [Raw Food] Rusty/MSM > Rusty, I've been buying MSM locally..wheres the best place to buy just the > powder? thanks!
