Hy Everyone, I already asked Peter this, but i was wondering if there

were any other foods anyone had to throw in...I'm a Fire Fighter, so

I need High Energy, Long lasting foods, Normally it was Fried

Potatoes, but that goes against the RAW...would Raw Potatoes be as

good? Peter Recomended Avocados and Lots of Fruit, are there any

specific fruits/veggies that can help me with sustained Energy?

I know a meal of Fruit/Veggies can't last me as long as a fire, that

can take all day...But the less I have to stop and munch, the better.

any ideas?

Dear Firefighter:

Have you tried making a smoothie with your favorite fruits and add

Spirulina and Coconut oil?
