Place pulp on clean cutting board and roll with rolling pin until you get as much liquid out as possible. Sun dry for a couple of hours or until properly dried and refrigerate. You may have to cover loosly with a cheezecloth to keep out fruit flies. Nibble on veggie leather when you need a snack. This has the added benefit of giving you back the fiber that you so foolishly removed from the veggies in the juicing process:) rusty - " Lili " <ladyschaumburg <rawfood > Monday, April 05, 2004 11:44 AM [Raw Food] Recipes using veggie pulp? > There has to be something I can use veggie pulp for. Guest guest
If you eat dehydrated foods you can mix your veggie pulps together and put it on a dehydrator tray and make wraps and crackers out of it. If you soak flaxseeds overnight they become gelatenous and you can use the gelatenous part of it and mix it with your pulp to help make it all stick together better before dehydrating. I have not tried this yet but have heard that it is good. -Abbey =) > " Lili " <ladyschaumburg >rawfood >rawfood >[Raw Food] Recipes using veggie pulp? >Mon, 05 Apr 2004 18:44:20 -0000 > >There has to be something I can use veggie pulp for.
