Guest guest
Hi all My name is Nhadine, Im 28 and I live in the UK. Ive been vegan for 12 years, but my diet isnt particularly healthy, in fact its appauling. For a long while now Ive been existing on junk food, vegan chocolate, chips, and convenience foods, and well not surprisingly Im feeling terrible and Im overweight. I really need to change my diet and Ive been considering a raw vegan diet for a while but have no idea how to get started. Bearing in mind that I dont actually like that many different fruits/veggies (I tend to stick to the same few things) and I comfort eat on fatty foods often, can anyone give me some tips on getting started? or recommend any good websites for further info? Im a bit stuck for cash at the moment so cant get hold of any books for a while, but Im keen to find out more. Any advice would be most appreciated. Im looking forward to reading your posts and being part of the list. Nhadine
Guest guest
Try raw fats as you transition, avocado, young coconut smoothies, soaked sprouted nuts and seeds mixed in with your favorite veggies and fruits good luck on this wonderful journey rattyfraggs <nhadine.markham wrote:Hi all My name is Nhadine, Im 28 and I live in the UK. Guest guest
Best start of all would be to tip out some of the junk by going on a fast.
