Hi all-

Quick question: Does anyone have any ideas for a crunchy-type

cereal? I don't eat anything with wheat berries/sprouted wheat in

it, so I've found that that kind of eliminates most of the recepies

that I have seen.

I welcome all suggestions!

Thanks!

Katie

ok here it is from the complete book of raw foods:

Granola

2 cups almonds soaked 48 orders

1 cup raw pumkin seeds soaked 8 hours

i cup sunflower seeds soaked 4 to 6 hours

2 apples chopped seeds and stem removed

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp of celtic salt

process the almonds in a food processor until small chunks

process seeds until roughly ground then combine with almonds

process the apples then add them to the nuts with seasalt and mix well

spread mixture in lined dehydrator( you need liner for dehydrator I have used

wax paper if I didnt have the liner dehydrator for 20 to 24 hours and until

desired crunchiness and all water removed from the mxture

add 1/2 cup of raisins after dehydrating if using and can be stored in a glass

jar for up to three months.

There are more recipes in this book very good book THe Conmplete Book Of Raw

Food.
