I have been eating raw since Feb 03. I have emphysema and am determined to be healthy. I have lost 30 lbs and feel so much better. It only took me 4 days to change to all raw. I feel that I was meant to be eating like this since I love it so much. I have another question, I wrote this last week but I don't think that it went thru. Has anyone gone on a cruise and been able to stay raw? I was invited and need to let them know soon.
