Light weight training may be doable on a raw food diet, but with the

exception of Stephen Arlin(who lacks definition) I have not read of

other BB who are raw foodists. I am considering becoming a 60-75% raw

foodist for this reason. Don't get me wrong: Arlin has muscle mass

but it is inferior to BB who eat other forms of protein. Raw foodism

doesn't seem capable of supporting bodybuilding goals sufficiently. --

oh..wrong...see Storm, he's 54, clearly defined muscle, that looks more superior

to meat eater's muscles...and looks 34. Go to rawinspiration.com ...i think and

check him out. I've also seen another raw 35 yo that looked amazingly

spectacular...somewhere in Texas, but I lost his contact info. Arlin on the

other hand...is fat in his book. But saw him recently and he actually looks

better now :0)
