I lift weights 3Xs a week, and not heavy weights at that. I'm 67 so am more

interested in maintaining bone and muscle mass because as the older one gets, we

tend to exchange muscle for fat. And too because going raw does get rid of all

the unnecessary fat, we can be pretty undermuscled under all that fat.

Yes, but did you see his pregnant wife on that site? She looks

amazing - I'm so JEALOUS! I aspire to be as fit as she is.

A few weight training programs say you should have protein right

after workouts. What's wrong with just having fruit after a morning

workout?rawfood , bandbcollection

To get information on Storm Talifero, go to www.thegardendiet.com. He, his

wife, and 3 children have a complete raw foods lifestyle.

rawinspiration.com ...i think and check him out. I've also seen

another raw 35 yo that looked amazingly spectacular...somewhere in

Texas, but I lost his contact info. Arlin on the other hand...is fat

in his book. But saw him recently and he actually looks better now :0)
