Guest guest
You answered your own question. It's probably detox. In your other messages you mentioned improved eyesight, better breathing, less anxiety, and a host of other improvements. Why would you let a few days of sniffles overwhelm you so quickly? Don't be such a drama queen. LOL rawfood , " Mary Ellen Wolfe " <Wolfegang@z...> wrote: > Hi, this is Mary Ellen. I mean, I eat so good! Can this be detox? Aren't we supposed to eliminate sickness when we go raw? I really feel like " death warmed over " . Should I fast? Should I just drink water? Does anybody else here get sick? Or is it just me? And if you do in fact get sick, what do you do to get over it? > Peace, ~*~Mary Ellen~*~ > >

Guest guest
Hi Mare, Sorry you are not feeling well. Hey, it's ok to be a drama queen..lol. Not feeling good is not feeling good. Wonderful that you have stuck with this lifestyle all this time. Stick with it Hon and feel better. Just try to rest and take care of yourself. Hugs, Tone LOL! That's what my daughter Angie calls me. Guest guest
Thank-you Tone! My dh just asked me, " So what is it? A cold or allergies? " I replied, " Actually, I think it's detox. " He said, " De-what? Is that like when you feel worse before you feel better? " " Exactly, dear! " Maybe tomorrow I will actually try to " fix myself up a little " and see if that helps me feel better. You know, wash my hair and put decent clothes on and all that. Maybe have Angie give me a new hairstyle or something! Peace, ~*~Mary Ellen~*~ - Tone rawfood Sunday, April 25, 2004 9:27 PM Re: [Raw Food] Re: Being sick or too sensitive?
