I have a few questions about using the MC while transitioning to a raw food lifestyle: 1. What type of bottled water should I use? Is distilled ok? 2. What type of cayenne pepper should be used? Is powdered ok? 3. Is maple syrup acceptable on a raw food diet? Where would I buy it? 4. Are bowel movements regular during the cleanse? Or do they stop or slow down as during a fast?
