New Raw Fitness Group at

Hello All!

There is a new group at called ExtremeRawFitness. This

group is for people who are combining a vegan raw foods diet with a

high level of fitness activies such as running, marathoning, mountain

climbing, lots of yoga, rafting, hiking etc. This group is open to

all raw fooders, but if you are currently in great shape and have a

vigorous workout routine, you are extra-especially invited to share

your tips and workouts with people who may not yet be at your level

of fitness. I hope that all interested will check us out. We are a

new, small group, but hope to grow into a very supportive, active

group that will inspire everyone to greater levels of fitness in the

raw.

Annie, I can't find this ExtremeRawFitness group. I tried a google search and a

msn search.
