Check with a local stable. They get raw oats by the bushel. Horses prefer

oats raw rather than rolled or steamed.

www.sproutpeople.com has raw oats...unheated. I think all their seeds

are organic.

sunorganicfarm sells oat groats 3.50 for 3 lbs.
